Flexible Fee Structure
We're flexible in our arrangement. Whether you are looking for short-term advice or a longer-term relationship, we are ready to help. We provide Hourly Consulting, Short or Long Term Management Agreements with agreed fees structured as either an agreed upon monthly amount or a percentage of the project income.
We are one of just 550 IREM Accredited Management Organizations (AMOs) worldwide, the first and only AMO Western North Carolina. Lead by a team of Certified Property Managers (CPM) with nearly 50 years of combined property management experience.
We help you fulfill all of your fiscal duties including lease enforcement, rent collection, invoice processing, financial reporting, collections and deposits, and common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations. For Home-owner Associations (HOAs) or Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), we provide insight into how the property is performing.
For both landlords and tenants, we provide peace of mind through responsive service level agreements. We have a 24 hour 365 day "one-call" answering service as well as a digital work-order tracking system. The tenant will be notified of who will be there and their approximate ETA. Follow up call to confirm vendor arrival and that the work was performed to the occupant's satisfaction.
In the case of repairs or upfitting, we work with the General Contractors in our Construction division to prepare vendor specifications, bid the work, assist in the process of contracting with the winning bidder, overseeing their work, and processing vendor payments. You can trust that we have everything under control and in-house.
