We are highly-accredited in our commercial services.

Several of our brokers have received the highest levels of recognition as Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), with several others taking coursework toward that goal. Two of our lead brokers are also members of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Additional educational achievements include MBA.

One of just over 500 firms worldwide designated as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), our team members have achieved a wide variety of certifications and accreditations, including the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, as well as Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). We are also members of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

In 2018, CoStar Group awarded two Power Broker Awards to Whitney Commercial, one for Top Leasing Firm, and another for Top Office Leasing Broker (Austin Walker, CCIM, SIOR).
